Introduction: The name says it all.
King Construction is a full-service residential construction company that is expanding its scope of work to include residential repair, maintenance and renovation.
We currently have six full-time employees and use sub-contract work for a percentage of our projects. We are fully licensed, bonded and insured in the state of South Carolina.

We hired this company to do a whole house renovation for us. We could not be happier that we actually found a contractor that is honest and up front every step of the way. He was willing to meet with us before we purchased the property to walk through and help us design and know what our bottom dollar would be. As with any big project there were bumps in the road but Trey was the first one to call and meet with us to come up with a solution. His attention to detail, structural knowledge and honesty was refreshing. Communication is key to me and I have to say that is what impressed me the most. A lot of contractors disappear for days or weeks at a time but every phone call was answered promptly. He made sure we knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. This has been our easiest reno to date and I look forward to doing business with King Construction in the future.

I needed to have an addition to my house for a home office and an additional restroom. Mr.King was recommended to me by a friend that had used his services in the past. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and provided a clear estimate of exactly what was required and what I could expect from him - as well as costs. I most appreciated his communication through the process to keep me informed and his availability. The finished product was of strong quality with Mr. King ensuring that I was satisfied before he considered the job complete. I would certainly recommend King Construction.

As one always leery of contractors are they reliable, will they over-charge, will they even show-up I was faced with a compelling need for one when my Moms house needed urgent repairs for rotted/deteriorated sections of floor joists that was causing a severe safety issues. I had to act fast and after a quick search , Trey King Construction repeatedly came up as the company to call. I was not disappointed.
Acknowledging the criticality of the repairs, Mr. King made my job a priority and got a team on-site within 24 hours to access the scope and cost of the work. His repair team was at my house within 48 hours after my initial call. As work progressed on the 80 year old house more problems surfaced. My frantic phone calls for solutions were quickly answered. He was able to able to pull together disparate trades to include plumbing and HVAC and expertly coordinated their efforts to keep the primary job on time and on budget. His coordination and supervision with such a complex and involved effort was masterful. King Construction provided:

Trey was recommended by a neighbor and I am glad he did. Trey is a stickler for details and always had our best interest up front ahead of even his. He dealt with changes and problems as they arose in a prudent and professional manner. I am referring him to the couple that just purchased a piece of land from me. I will also use him in my planned remodel of my house. A true professional builder..

Trey King and his team did an amazing job on the renovation...They removed a wall, installed a beam, replaced baseboards/painted and replaced and refinished hardwood floors. We are currently using King Construction on the build of a pool house and so far we are just as happy! We would definitely recommend King Construction for any renovation or new build!
