Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Our most common jobs are residential and apartment cleaning. We also steam clean carpets with our truck-mounted Sapphire Scientific 370ss hot water extraction machine. We also clean condominiums and rental properties.

Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.

A. I have recently completed a housecleaning in Charleston. It is a huge house! I have been cleaning Mrs. Joan's house for a couple of years. Same goes for Mrs. Meredith in Summerville and her friend Mrs. Merrill, also of Summerville. They each have beautiful houses, but are very busy professional ladies that don't have much time for doing chores. I am glad to help them. I recently did a 2000 sq ft home's carpets and rugs in North Charleston. Robert was extremely pleased with the result.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I am detail oriented and have very reasonable prices. I aim to satisfy my customers on every level. Our carpet cleaning machine and solutions will get your carpets and rugs clean like new in less drying time.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I get to meet new people and when I am done, I can see the satisfaction in their faces.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. The questions most clients ask are:
1. How can I feel safe and secure that the person I am letting in my home is honest and credible?
Answer: I am licensed in the state of South Carolina. Thumbtack has also done a background check on myself. I am also a CAA and I have been background screened by the IRS to receive this accredidation. My employees are also background checked. I have been screened by the INS before being given permanent residence status. i have lived here for 8 years. I own a home here and my kids go to school here. Trust is an important aspect to my profession, and I don't take it lightly.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I cleaned the house of a customer who has been with me since the beginning. Her economic and living situation has changed, soshe no longer requires bi-weekly cleaning. But on short notice for the 4th of july holiday, she texted me and said "Skarlet help! I need you to clean my house!". Even though I had plans already I could not let Miss Meredith down, she is like family, so I went over and did a bang-up job for her. She was so happy and thanked and hugged me. These are the kind of people that I like to help.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. I would suggest that you go back to college and get an education. A college degree will open alot of doors for your future.
