We signed a contract with Skarlet Chavez on 12/16/14 to clean our office after seeing the numerous reviews about how great of a job she does. She was scheduled to be here bi-weekly either on Saturday or Sunday (since we are closed). The first cleaning was great. However, after the initial cleaning, we were not very pleased. Dusting was not done like we agreed. Everything was moved off of the desks so she would not have to even move anything around. Basically, we paid to have the trash taken out, when she showed up. Like I stated, she was scheduled to come bi-weekly and numerous times she did not show up and did not contact us to let us know she would not be coming. We had something important going on the week of 5/18/15 and needed the office cleaned prior to that date. She never showed up after not showing the 2 weeks prior. We contacted Skarlet and asked if somebody could please come clean it ASAP since it had been 3 weeks since it was "cleaned" and asked why nobody had contacted us or even let us know they would not be coming. She apologized and stated she would send Robert in to clean it that night (5/18/15). We came in the next morning, nobody had come to clean again. I called her once again and again was told she didn't know why he didn't show up and assured me it would get done that night. We came in on Wednesday morning and again the office was not cleaned. I contacted her once again and asked her what was going on. She informed me that her worker had informed her he was no longer coming to clean the office. I reminded her of the agreement we signed with her that stated she would give us a 30 day notice. The contract written out by Skarlet Chavez apparently does not seem to have any meaning to her. I then asked her to return the key we gave her. She still has yet to return it. We were very disappointed with the work, work ethic, and overall experience. I guess if you are looking for a one time cleaning or every once in a while type of service, she would be a great choice. Other than that, I would not recommend this cleaning service to anybody.

Our most common jobs are residential and apartment cleaning. We also steam clean carpets with our truck-mounted Sapphire Scientific 370ss hot water extraction machine. We also clean condominiums and rental properties.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I cleaned the house of a customer who has been with me since the beginning. Her economic and living situation has changed, soshe no longer requires bi-weekly cleaning. But on short notice for the 4th of july holiday, she texted me and said "Skarlet help! I need you to clean my house!". Even though I had plans already I could not let Miss Meredith down, she is like family, so I went over and did a bang-up job for her. She was so happy and thanked and hugged me. These are the kind of people that I like to help.
