- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are based on the type of work that will be done and whether I will have to travel
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate with them and find out what they're feeling whether it's mental or physical. Muscular restrictions can be caused by wear and tear, stress, trauma, etc. It's good for us to communicate so that we can identify the source and achieve optimal relief.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's in Psychology from Winthrop University and I did my Massage Certification at Southeastern Institute.
