- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure a trainer/tutor is a good fit. I am casual and down-to-earth. Some people like a tutor to be straight-laced and impersonal. That's okay!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I don't just spend an hour with a client and forget about them until our next meeting. I plan and research how I can be a more effective guide. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night with a great idea specifically designed for one particular client or another!
