We needed some repair work done, and found Thomas through Thumbtack. He came to our house, spent nearly an hour with us, and presented himself as being very willing and capable of doing the job. We set up for him to come back two weeks later for demolition. On the scheduled demo day, we woke up early to remove all items from the rooms that would be undergoing construction. We were expecting Thomas at 9:00 but he did not show up. We waited all morning, no show and no call. I emailed him through Thumbtack to see if there was a mix up on the date. He did not respond. I sent him a text message a few days later. Again, no response. I have no idea what we did to make him refuse to complete the job that he promised but this is beyond unprofessional. A simple phone call to cancel would have been enough. He does not keep his word, and I will not recommend him to anyone who asks.

Pricing will vary depending on the service provided. Labor rates are mostly standard, but may also vary according to time and size of the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new potential client is treated with the same respect and attentiveness as the next, they are valued just as much as existing customers. I welcome all new and potential clients and always accommodate to their needs as quickly and efficiently as possible. I will gather information on their needs, collect contact information and schedule an appointment to review options and solutions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Business Management and Engineering as well. Aside from overror 10 years of experience in the construction industry, I am also OSHA certified.
