- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is reflected by the individual project. I do not charge a hourly rate, I charge to complete the task and is not reflected by time. Estimate fees are based on mileage, date and time. I do provide free estimates but some estimates cost depending on scope of work and mileage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a estimate appointment. Get a understanding of what the customers priorities are concerning the project. Complete the project and set up a follow up call or appointment to confirm that everything is still working and functioning properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Construction and graphic design certification. Continued education since 2010 with OSHA, along with yearly updates in all trades performed ( electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
