I am a proud graduate of Johnson and Wales Charlotte and along with that I bring 11 years of culinary experience. I specialize in Plant based cooking with international flavors. I needed a chef for my wife’s surprise bday dinner and Chef Amanda provided a remarkable service at a very reasonable price. The food was great and we had a wonderful experience. My wife was extremely happy.

This was the highlight of my bachelorette weekend! Chef Amanda is phenomenal all around! From her kind spirit to her skilled talent you cannot go wrong! The meal she prepared was absolutely delicious! This is a must do! Will definitely do again.

I was BLOWN AWAY by her cooking and passion. She created a wondeful menu for us all. Chef Amanda crushed my wife's 50th celebration. Our delicious menu was all plantbase and gluten-free. It was amazing. We highly recommend her for any occasion. Amanda can handle it and will deliver. Exceeded our expectations. Thank you for an outstanding dinner.

Chef was absolutely incredible - her professionalism through the details of prior communication, the table setting, menu and serving. And of course, her food was so delicious and perfectly executed. I was very pleased to find someone near to us who could help us with catering for our 10th anniversary dinner. All of our guests were impressed with the super quality of the food. The choice of dishes was perfect; the Arancini was a BIG HIT, the chicken piccata was absolutely scrumptious and the creme brulee OMG the best I ever had. Your prepared dishes contributed greatly to the success of our party. Great food, service, people and price. I would definitely call on Chef Amanda in the future!
