As soon as they knew they were not going to able to make the appointment they could have called to let me know but instead I texted them at noon only to find out that they were not going to be able to make the appointment. A terrific waste of a day without consideration for my time. What could have saved the contract would have been a call before noon.

I apologized and had explained to you that we had to get our trailer today, and we had every intention of going to your house. Unfortunately as I had explained there was a problem getting the trailer and being as I was at the dealership I couldn’t call you right away. We were still 3 and a half hours away from our home to drop the trailer off and an additional hour and 20 minutes to you. We had just left the dealership when you texted. We didn’t have an exact time of appointment because we weren’t sure how long it was going to take. We were trying to accommodate you, as we generally don’t work weekends.
