Introduction: We are Jane White and Beck Eleazer, the co-owners and wedding planners at It's Your Party, which is located in Abbeville, SC. We are former teachers and have found that our skills for organization and details used during our teaching careers are also talents that are extremely important in the wedding planning industry, not to mention using our "teacher voices" at times! We know your wedding day is important for an assortment of reasons, but we understand family and friends are what make it special. We take pride in our service from the moment we meet until your send-off at the end of the night; we are with you! Beck and Jane are absolute dolls to work with!! They coordinated our wedding reception and there is simply no way our reception would have been anything close to what it was without them! I felt like they got in to my head and saw our vision for the reception because everything was exactly as we envisioned! They were super flexible, professional, and eager to make our day exactly what we wanted! These ladies are the best!

There's no way we would have been able to pull off our perfect wedding without all of their input, guidance, etc! They handled all of the day-of setup and dealt with the vendors, so we were able to relax and focus 100% on our special day. Can't thank them enough!

Jane and Beck were excellent to work with! We couldn't have been happier with how our day turned out! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's Your Party takes pride in its quality service, competitive prices, and intense enthusiasm for organization and preparation for weddings. We offer three wedding packages to meet your needs and budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the couple and discuss plans they have already made and things they will need assistance. From what we discussed at the meeting, we suggest what services would fit their needs the best. We email our suggestions to the couple for them to look over. When they have decided on the wedding services that are needed, we type up a contract. After we receive the signed contract and deposit, we start the planning process. We continue to work with the couple until the conclusion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners of It's Your Party, are former teachers and have found that their talents for organization and details used during their teaching careers are also skills that are extremely important in the wedding planning industry. In 2005, we took a wedding planning course together and received our wedding planning certificates. The first wedding that we coordinated together was in 2006. That was the beginning of our love for the business.
