How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have my BFA in Illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design, where I studied film photography extensively. After I graduated, I continued to work with film and began simultaneously began shooting in digital. I took freelance photography jobs as well as exhibited at several galleries in the Philadelphia area. Eventually I joined BlackSilver Imaging, a Pennsylvania based Wedding Photography & Videography Company, where I gained the knowledge and experience to become a strong, independent Lead Photographer. In 2011 I followed my inspiration to launch my own company dedicated to creating a personalized experience and unforgettable photographs for my clients. I continue to exhibit my independent work, which includes fine art photography, oil painting, and mixed media.
