Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I am a portrait and wedding photographer based in the Charlotte, North Carolina area as well as the Denver, Colorado area. I love seeing who people are and bringing that out into a tangible representation that they, and everyone else, can see. One of my favorite things about photography is that I have the opportunity to present my clients with the beauty of who they are. Demonstrating the heart behind an event or business is also something that I love to do. I've photographed events, conferences, and parties, as well as weddings, in addition to family portraits, senior portraits, engagement photos, trash the dress (wedding day after) photos, bridal portraits, children's photos, individual portraits, head shots, and stills for a movie. I love to travel, and I'm always up for a challenge. If I haven't done it before I'm willing to try! It's time to stop hanging pictures you don't even like and frame the image of yourself that you are delighted to present to the world around you. It's time to see yourself with new eyes.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find someone whose style fits with what you are looking for. Go for people whose pictures you will be happy with at the end of the day. I believe that it's worth paying a bit more for if that's what it takes to get something that you are going to love. Also, be sure to communicate clearly if there is something specific that you are looking for. A photographer isn't always going to give you a specific image or pose that you are looking for if you don't let them know that you want it. Communication is key. It is also good to trust your photographer, trust does need to be earned but you can earn trust by seeing their other work. If you trust them then you will most likely have a better experience and get better photos. Last but not least, be willing to try things that seem new or maybe a tad uncomfortable. If you are really uncomfortable be sure to inform the photographer but if it is just taking you a bit outside of what you think would look good, be flexible. You may be surprised at what comes out!
