The Cleaning person changed the time we originally had planned on for 3 weeks from 10:30am to 12:00noon. I went to my Condo at 11:30am. At 11:59 she sent me a text and said she would not be able to make it to clean my Unit because of a conflict with another meeting. I have a business to run as well. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I have Guests scheduled to Arrive today. I will have to clean it myself. I expected better from Thumbtack.
