Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. My most common jobs are replaceing parts that have failed in home computers and also about 70% of my work consist of virus removal.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Compare my prices to any corprate business and understand the huge savings that you can recieve by getting your work done locally by someone who will stand behind their work.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. If I were a customer I would want someone to give me a fair honest price and not try and trick me into things that I do not need.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. What is your background in tech based work. What studies have you completed so far in this field and do you give free estimates. You should also make sure that the person your hireing has had been hands on out in the field of work, things are differnt when you step outside the classroom and you actually start to get your hands dirty with real life tech issues.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I get my work done quickly and do not round up my time when I am charging you hourly if, I give you a rate of $30 an hour and it takes me only 30 minutes, your going to only owe me $15 I use an app on my phone to clock in and clock out from the time I start the work until the time that I have in complete. Depending on how far I have to travel to you there may be a fee applied for gas but I am the most fair priced tech that your going to find local.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love working on anything that is electronic and have since I was six years old. It is my passion and it's is what I am good at.
