Back in June, this company promised to do the work "in 3 weeks." Since I never heard from them. tried to call many times but I the voicemail was full. When I finally did, they had one excuse after another. Finally, the workers came over, but said they couldn't do the work because their truck was too big and heavy to bring onto my property. It was parked in a lot down the street. The owner was supposed to call me but dodged me a couple more times. I finally got him on the phone and he said he would adjust it. I got a bill for $450, and they keep sending emails. Since they didn't do any work, l shouldn't have to pay them. I do not want anything to do with this poorly run company.

Our pricing is competitive, and we are willing to beat most other pricing. We offer military and civil service workers discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted by a potential customer, the information is passed to Bryan (owner). Either Bryan or Scott will reach out to schedule a time to assess the job and give a free estimate. Upon customer approval, the job is scheduled and the work is performed.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all residential and commercial customers throughout the Low Country and surrounding areas.
