Brian was able to pinpoint my laptop's power problem in about three seconds. Experience has taught him about a chronic problem with the power cord's tips that go bad and don't make contact, which was invisible to the eye. Fortunately, he also had a replacement for it, about twenty bucks cheaper than I could get in local stores.

Computer would not charge. No waiting to find t he problem. Needed to order a refurbished one that would match our IBM that is used for navigation on our sailboat. They restored our nav. Program and we were on our way in a week. great job!

I had requested that they try to recover data from an external drive. They were unable. I am disappointed but not angry. I thought it would be impossible. What I am impressed with is that they kept in communication with me an kept me up to date on their attempts. It is very unusual that the customer is kept updated without constant calls in. I appreciate this.
