John pressure washed my house today and did such an incredible job. He was very kind and communicated well. I had a shed in my backyard that he noticed needed a touch-up did it without adding a cost to the project budget. I obviously paid him extra for his service because he went above and beyond and took care of outdoor furniture and made sure everything would look as good as the house. We'll definitely be contacting again for future projects.

John was able to quickly work us into his schedule for some last-minute pressure washing on our back patio, steps, and driveway. He was easy to coordinate with and did an excellent and thorough job. Our patio looks amazing. We hope to have him back for future work!

John did a good job pressure washing the house and deck. I do wish he had paid more attention to detail, for example, removing the door mat by the front door and not leaving it to sit in a bunch of water. Otherwise, he was able to come out very quickly and was thorough in cleaning the roof of debris as well as the gutters in addition to pressure washing house & deck. Would hire again for similar service

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing stems from the size of the building or home and the number of windows the locations have. Depending on what is needed to will change the prices and range to offset cost for extra dirty applications. We offer discounts for repeat customers and military veterans. Our prices are fair and satisfaction is guaranteed with every wash!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask what type of work they are looking to get done? I also ask them for a couple of pictures if it has not been provided to gauge the level of services needed. Lastly, I ask for their address so I can have a better idea regarding the scope of work required that will satisfy them and meet their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served in the military for over 8 years and received many awards. I have experience in water maintenance and purification which works hand in hand with pressure washing because you have to be knowledgeable on how you perform the job that includes the safe usage of water and chemicals.
