Had a good start with this company, but ultimately not a good overall experience. The first issue was the amount of cancellations. We almost quit using this company for the sheer number of times we were inconvenienced by this. But the biggest issue by far was a single incident that not only cost me a lot of money, but also exposed a much deeper ethical issue. While servicing my property, it seems as though an irrigation pipe was busted causing a tremendous river of a leak. The crew left the property without informing us of the issue. Fortunately I was home and came out shortly after they left. When I discovered the river of water flowing out of the irrigation box, I immediately contacted Tori, who proceeded to tell me it was there when he arrived and he assumed I knew about it. This wasn't a small leak. It was a river. Accidents happen and that's ok, but not informing the homeowner of an issue like this is simply morally irresponsible.
