Alyssa did an updated winter wardrobe with me and it was a wonderful experience. She helped with colors that work best for me, and she gave me a huge list of clothing options from shoes to shirts, and style ideas for pairing which was fantastic! After buying various pieces, she was always available to critique the look and give me great suggestions and opinions to make it better and more modern. I love that I can leave the house knowing that my look actually compliments me and is updated for this generation, but still my age. Will definitely be coming back for future styling help. :)

Allyssa was the first stylist I worked with and she’ll be the last because I absolutely loved her and her work! She is kind, helpful and really good at picking out clothes that compliment her client. She did a color analysis for me, picked out new clothing online for me, and helped me go through my entire closet to find clothes that looked good on me, fit the new style I was looking for, and went with the color analysis she did for me- all remotely. I was unsure of doing this all remotely but it worked out perfectly! I highly recommend working with Allyssa. Thanks to her, I successfully downsized my closet and now have a capsule closet of clothes that work well together and compliment my body well.

I have to admit I was a little skeptical when my husband suggested using a stylist to help with my outfit for an upcoming wedding. After a couple of unsuccessful shopping trips I started looking through reviews of the stylists on Thumbtack & was convinced that Lys was the perfect person to help me! I still didn’t really know how it was going to work considering she didn’t even live in the same state as I did but with my busy schedule & time running out I contacted Lys. I cannot say thank you enough for her help & expertise! She really knows her stuff! She spent some time with me on the phone, had me fill out an easy questionnaire & send her a couple of pictures. Within a couple of days I had multiple ideas in my email. After selecting a couple dresses she then sent me the links to purchase the dress and ideas for accessories & shoes and ideas of how I could wear the dress in different ways. Thank you Lys! I cannot wait to get started on my closet overhaul!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my pricing is listed on my website and it varies for in person or remote services. I do not offer any discounts and once booked and paid for, all services are non refundable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we setup a phone call to go over what you're looking for, figure out which service/s you would benefit most from, and discuss pricing. If you decide to work with me I will then send you a questionnaire to get to know you better and an invoice. Once the invoice is paid we will begin working on your customized service/s. Once finished, I will send you a full styling guide with shopping links for you to purchase what you choose. After we will review what you purchase and answer any further questions you may have. Please check out my website for full descriptions of all the services I offer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in Fashion Design from SCAD.
