I was in need of a handyman to hang two mirrors. Seems simple, but i have a tendency to hammer/drill unnecessary holes so it was such a relief to have a professional. The installation was so fast i couldn’t believe when he said he was done. I would highly recommend Bennett (i think that was his name) for his professionalism & efficiency!

We needed apartments rent ready after a flood. Our maintenance was short handed and overwhelmed so we had Cool Breeze come and finish 5 apartments for us. They were done in 3 days! They painted everything, installed new baseboards, floors, hood vents, appliances, lights fixtures, windows and doors, I mean basically fully refurbished the apartments. They repaired and replaced a few hot water heaters, electrical issues, plumbing, drywall, cabinets, and structural issues we had with water damage. They are now our go to when we have issues at any of our properties that our maintenance guys can't fix! Don't call a specialist that does one job because you'll be calling 5 companies paying so much money for each individual job to get done. I recommend them to any property manager our there!
