I hired Mike to Troubleshoot wifi signal and internet connection problems. He was punctual, knowledgeable and courteous. Unfortunately the problem could not be resolved without involving Comcast and their likely defective equipment. I would call on Mike again.

Michael came to the house three times to help me switch from an old to a new aMac. He made sure our routers, air play and Apple TV were coordinated as well as our iPhones, iPads and iPod. His rates were very reasonable. He was personable and professional. I would have him back for sure.

I highly recommend Mike. He was very prompt with his correspondence, always emailing me back within a few hours. In my own special case, my computer needed a part that is difficult to find so he was unable to repair it for me,but he picked my laptop up and dropped it back off at my convenience and at no charge.
