This is a full-service dojo or martial arts studio, catering to the martial way of life and training in judo, jujutsu (or jujitsu), systema, and MMA.
All of the instructors are experts in their field of study, and we all love to have a good time, while getting a workout and training in a fun, effective martial art.
If you are tired of the dance studios calling themselves karate schools or the fact that you have been training for a year and have never touched another person, then it is time to step up and join us.
We have classes for children and adults ages 6 to beyond 60. We train you at your speed.
