Let us be your "eyes and ears"! Our philosophy is based on total care and commitment to treat your property as if it were our own! We can help you with: 1. Vacation cleaning after each guest, along with checking for missing /damaged items 2. Returning / Releasing Keys 3. Preventive Maintenance (air filters, light bulb replacement) 4. Maintenance and Repair 5. Check on your property weekly, bi-weekly or monthly & report back to you in writing 6. Assistance with your VRBO listing(s): Such as updating pictures, rates, etc. 7. Create another website page or pages for your vacation property(s)
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Verify their credentials, such as business license and insurance. Always go with your "gut" feeling. Choose someone that you know is genuine and cares! You want a company that will treat your 2nd home investment as if it were their own!
