Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure you don't hire the first person to answer your request. It pays off to comparison shop for the best deal. I have heard stories about some of my corporate competitors that charge a lot of money and do little work. You want to know you can depend on the people you hire to do the work you hire them for and exceed your expectations and you deserve to get a good deal.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. If I were my customers, I would want to know that I was getting the service I paid for when I hired a cleaning service. You don't want to pay hundreds of dollars for lack luster service. I charge less than my competitors and I always do a fantastic job.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Make sure you have a full understanding of what services you are paying for. If you want your base boards cleaned of window and door frames wiped down, you need to make sure these things are included in your estimate. Also make sure that whoever you hire uses the proper cleaning products and methods for cleaning special surfaces like hardwood floors or granite counter tops.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. What is your budget for a cleaning professional? What kind of cleaning services your home needs? How many square feet is your home? Does the entire home need cleaning or just the common areas? How many rooms and bathrooms need cleaning?
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I charge less than my competitors and I do an excellent job. I pride myself on giving better service than those who charge more. I have had clients tell me that some of my competitors will rob you blind and still leave behind bread crumbs on the counter tops and dust and smudges on the furniture. If you pay someone to clean your home and trust them to come into your house and do the work, your house should be crumb, dust, and smudge free.
