- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly learning new things and gaining new certifications. I work for an IT company part time and am required to keep up with fast pace technology changes. Plus I enjoy learning, so it's a breeze. Rest assured your problem will be in experienced and knowledgeable hands.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Virus removal, data recovery, hardware replacement, network setup/troubleshooting. It varies, but those are the most requested services.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you do your research. A lot of people will overcharge you for things that you could easily do yourself. If a job is something simple that I can walk you through on the phone then I will do so at no charge.
