Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Most common type of work is Virus/Spyware removal. With almost everything being online nowadays and everyone having a constant link to the world it is very important to have the proper security software and practices in place to prevent a virus. The key to staying clean is to have active protection and know what to look for and stay away from online. Even with the best in protection, if you knowingly click and download the wrong thing you are subseptible to a virus.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Research all your options. Look for a local tech that has experience and references. Stay away from the big box stores, prices are always much higher and most techs there are unable to provide true personal service.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Two things I love most about my job are Technology and working with customers. I have always had a passion for tech, love the gadgets and gizmos. Customer interaction is a huge part of my job as an IT support person. I feel I have great customer relation skills and try to take my love and knowledge for tech and bring it to everyone in a way they can relate.
