- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is reasonable. However, depending on the time of the year I do add some extras if it applies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it's for a wedding event, I definitely meet with the couple or email them my guide and Questionnaire. They fill out the form with all the details of what the wedding will be like moving forward at least 6 months prior to their event, that way we will all be on the same page. It will save us a lot of stress and confusion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mostly, I have taught myself. But when it came to digital, I must admit I took a little bit of classes. And also took some classes on posing my subjects. I try to sharpen my skills not only for myself, but also for my clients so I can better serve them and deliver artwork that they will be proud to put on their walls not only for their own memories but also for their family and friends to enjoy looking at.
