We lost a buyer because you trashed our home, and gave not one positive feedback on anything, you stated foundation problems with no proof, and crawlspace moisture, it was a small bathtub leak, our general contractor said all of the other things were an easy fix. Our buyer fled in terror and would not even discuss what we would be willing to fix. I own a business, and would not recommend you to anyone.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Highly recommend getting an ASHI certified inspector that has been inspecting for more than 3 years.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Biggest trade secret is crawlspace encapsulation. Although opinions vary on this topic; the proof is in the results.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. I would recommend asking how many inspections have you performed and what kind of things are you finding lately?
