Fast, efficient, professional. Problems that have bugged me since I got my system 5 years ago vanished after a short visit from Brady. Ask him about his background. This guy is a professional, and then some.

A. For Home: setup printers for all to use, eliminate errors and viruses, setup backup, and install new computers or equipment.
For Business: setup shared printers, Antivirus, backup, setup a web page, and configure or manage domains. We also setup new servers, and can assist with remote corporate situations (corporate in another state with a local branch).
A. We recently resdesigned the Windows domain for a local school. It involved accounts for approximately 50 users, including students and teachers. They were very pleased with the speed and security difference after the move. We also converted them from a slow Internet connection to a much faster one.
Another company was dealing with poor security. Everyone in the company knew the most important passwords for the network, and a single disgruntled employee could have caused significant damage with little detection. We secured the network and implemented a computer acceptable use policy for the customer.
For a doctor's office we are preparing to replace an underperforming server with a much faster (though affordable) used server. Their memory will increase by 4x, and the harddrive space will increase by almost 10x. In a few months, we will also be increasing their Internet speeds when their current contract expires.
A. Look for experience. There are plenty of computer people out there who only have experience on their home networks or with friend's computers. These are not the people you want repairing your computer or setting up your network. Look for professional experience and a friendly attitude. If they don't sound happy to work with you over the phone, they won't be in person either.
A. If you take your computer in to many big box stores, you will never speak with the technician who does the actual work. Many stores actually ship the computer to another state for the work to be done. It is best to work with the technician directly.
A. What is your background? What experience do you have? What education or certifications do you have in your industry?
