FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I painted apartments in the winter time from the age of 16, for a guy that was an obsessive compulsive, everything had to be top notch, I used to hate his approach, but I loved the results, and thank him today for my lessons in the field. Later those lessons helped me become a foreman (at the only paint company I worked for), then eventually start up my own company.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Watch out, with all the recent lay-offs, and factory closings, everybody is all of a sudden a painter. Always remember, like with anything else in this world, you get what you pay for, if a quote sounds too good to be true it probably is.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Painting is all about the prep work, not just buying a gallon of paint and slapping it on the walls. You can easily obtain a beautiful finish you can be proud of by taking the proper steps before you open the paint!
