I took some yoga classes from this instructor. The instructor was very knowledgeable and provided a good sequence of postures with good transitions between each posture. She was also very good about giving both positive feedback and constructive criticism to improve my stances. I really felt like I worked on my flexibility and my balance within the class, my main reasons for attending the classes.

Kasia has been my yoga instructor for over a year. She is a very professional, conscientious and caring instructor. She works hard to make sure I am warmed up and ready for my practice. She ensures my poses are correct and I am breathing for maximum training. She is a true pleasure to work with!

Kasia is a natural teacher exhibiting the most valuable qualities: Focus, attention to detail, sensitivity to individual needs and a warm, engaging demeanor. Through her example, encouragement and honest good-natured humor, I always find myself striving a bit more to improve my practice. As a yoga practitioner of some 10+ years, I can think of no higher compliment. It is a real pleasure attending Kasia's classes.

A yoga intstructor who understands how the body works! Kasia is sensitive to the individual needs of her students and modifies yoga poses to help you gain strength & stability without strain. Kasia has a very positive personality and radiates optimism as well as calm. She teaches one-on-one, couples, and is great with larger classes, too. She is professional, knowledgable, and can help you feel stronger and more flexible. She incorporates movement from her experience with Pilates as well as yoga. Terrific instruction!

The highlight of our week is Kasia’s yoga class. Kasia’s professionalism and skill as a teacher are supported by her in depth and varied background training and teaching experience. She selects age-appropriate and individualized exercises to suit our needs. She builds up our strength easing into more complex positions. She is very interactive, guiding each step, demonstrating, reminding, being constantly sensitive to the challenge of the moves. She transitions the positions fluidly, having pre-planned and thought out the goals and adjusted the yoga to our needs. She is personable and has a very positive and happy demeanor. An excellent experience!
