Just used them for our sons Eagle Ceremony. They were easy to work with and patient with the changes we kept making. The final product looked just as we wished and was a big hit. The chocolate cake was especially yummy ! Cakes were delivered as promised with 2 of them pre-cut into squares which helped so much for serving. Great service, great cakes...we'd use them again!!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started when I was 15 years old and helping my now wifes mother with her catering service. She also owned a bakery in rural hall. Over the years of do this and her mother no longer catering I several years ago decided to take over and expand on the type of cakes we did. We now are know as Sweet Simplicity and also know for our tasty and beatuiful custom cakes around the Triad!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have wide spectrum of customers with different wants and needs. More than not, we have alot of people contact us for custom cakes. We provide delicious and beautiful cakes reguardless of the theme or occasion. We believe that not only should a cake look beautiful but should taste as good as it looks!
