I ran into a situation with my computer that I use for my business. This was a time sensitive situation. I called at 12 noon and he first spoke with me on the phone to help walk me through potential problems that I could troubleshoot on my own. With no luck, he ended up driving an hour to my house to help identify the issue. After roughly an hour, the issue was identified. He did a great job and is very humble in his work.

Charles was great to work with. He was very responsive from beginning to end and did a thorough job recovering data from an old all-in-one computer. Additionally, he was honest and forthright with a second device that he inspected and determined would be much more labor intensive. I was able to make an educated decision to not pursue data recovery from that 2nd device. Overall, his pricing was fair, his work was good, he was cost conscientious, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone else with similar needs.
