- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is flat rate always which is better for the customer . You're not limited to hours or against time! everything is done before we leave!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to phone greet so we can know more about each other, the home and what to expect of each other with the services being provided! A first time home owner greeting so we can do a walk through and the show me process! After that i wont need you anymore you wont have to be there while cleaning is being done. We very good at locking up and securing you home! For a move out/move in getting in is all needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by by mother! Coming from a large family we all had chores it was a must do! When i grew up my first job was cleaning a doctor home. I loved it. My mother told me to pursue it as a backup job.I went to college got a masters in another field.worked as head supervisor and manager of hotels, Hospitals, the united nations, the county jails in Florida, decontaminating many hotels, homes, hospitals and the Superdome in Louisiana after hurricane Katrina.I then went on with Inspecting and cleaning trailers for the victims.
