Wonderful experience! We ordered a balloon arch, balloon clusters for the bar and bounce house, and flowers! It started pouring rain and she stayed to help us move everything indoors! Very nice and professional. Everything was perfect

I found Ribbons and Frills on Next Door when looking for someone to do balloon arches and columns for Back to School parties, first day of school and upcoming school events. I could not be more thrilled to have found her. She was amazing!!
