Introduction: I have a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology and have worked with special populations, including post-rehab patients, postpartum, post-mastectomy, and geriatric patients. I have also trained the apparently healthy in preparation for half and full marathons and triathlons.
My other clients include those desiring to change their current health status, improving it through diet modification, exercise and stress reduction.
I am a BSN RN and work as a rehab nurse. I wish to help clients improve their quality of life and increase longevity through a healthy lifestyle.
