- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing that includes a free re-treatment guarantee. Within 7 days if the odor reappears we will re-treat at no charge. Price includes on-site service. We offer a 10% discount for seniors, law enforcement, teachers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Determine the problem on the phone. Suggest a course of action and provide a price quote. Explain the process and set a time to complete the work.

I have a degree in odorology from Stinkie University in Nixab Missouri.
