FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer session packages, membership (at a discount), and "hybrid coaching" which is a blend of both in-person and online coaching.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do an assessment of goals, health history, and then a physical assessment. After we decide the most important goal to acheive (the #1 thing the client wants to get out of our sessions) I put together a training program to help them achieve those goals. Outside of our workouts together, we may have homework workouts, as well as dietary habit changes to work on. With the right diet in place, I can help the client build muscle, burn fat, and live a healthier lifestyle. Because I'm not a Registered Dietician, I *cannot* and *will not* right specific meal plans. What I will do, however, is monitor diet logs and give simple advice to my clients to help change small, daily habits that will add up in the long term to building sustainable, healthy dietary habits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
