Pricing Affordable Rates Cleanings Offered: One time Move-in/Move-out Initials Follow-ups Emergencies Post construction Providing services for: Residential Office Commercial Industrial An initial cleaning is done for a habitat that hasn't been cleaned in a while, or needs plenty of heavy duty attention. These are normally followed by regularly scheduled cleanings. An initial cleaning can also be used as a one time cleaning without follow up cleanings. (Prices may vary) Follow ups, or regular cleanings, are cleanings done to a habitat following the initial cleaning. You can schedule follow ups to be done weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly in accordance to the pricing guide below. Notice: The follow up cleaning prices are relavent to the intial cleaning prices and are based on a 4 week month. Initial cleanings and/or follow up monthly cleanings are increased by $50 per each additional bedroom. **This is a pricing guide for residential only.
