Pricing terms and fees are customized to the customer’s needs and designed not to include pricing and costs that are unnecessary or not needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having an initial conversation with a new customer is key to gathering information and needs; assuming such would cause an unnecessary disconnect and lack of information necessary to properly assist the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certification of Graduation via a highly respected Academy with learning emphasis on Rentals/ Short-Term Rental/Stays / hosting/ management/accounting etc. as well as valuable years of OJT (On-the-Job Training) and actual experience.
