The C&K Catering menu includes a variety of food -- hors d'oeuvre, appetizer buffets, breakfast, lunch, dinner meals, and a la carte. Cakes and bartending services are contracted.
We have a variety of services options to include buffet style or full-plated service (plastic or glassware) with cutlery for formal and informal events, indoor or outdoor. C&K Catering can also offer full service with a friendly and experienced wait staff. Chef Corey, owner, is the executive chef with over 15 years of experience and loves to cook and serve.
Chef Corey is a 3rd generation cook, grandson of Hattie Mae Sibley, who once cooked for President Eisenhower. Some of his family's recipes are featured in Patti Labelle's Cookbook -- Labelle Cuisine "Recipes to Sing About".
