- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I love what I do to the fullest, I'm 90% disabled through V.A. which provides me time to do photography. I'm constantly practicing and learning. I want to be my best for you. I'm firm in the work I put in for you. What I feel you need if you retain my services. as an artist. I will break my back for you artistically because I want to. Respectfully speaking, I'm not a button pusher. I don't, just, press a button. I'm here to listen to your concerns, as to why, you need this done by me. I won't waste your time or your money. We both have worked hard to earn ours. Photos and Videos have some value to us differently. You want it presented in a certain way. You come to the right person, together we can take of this ourselves. You deserve the best. $700 starting 30% already goes to taxes, if you already felt uncomfortable with that; I wish you the best with the next photographer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You're going to feel, like I'm picking on you. My inquisitive mind wants to solve your problem effectively. Our session is authentically, yours. Questions asked by both, provide us, a sense of peace. Eliminating guesswork between us is vital. Active listening, empathic thinking, and critical thinking make huge differences. During the negotiation session, I will discuss concerns of the production of your request. Any misunderstandings and costs will be provided in detail. By feeling motivated together, I will be working harder to accomplish what you need. Let's work together, to make sure you get the best-delivered solution. Pre-production planning, workflow of the day of photos or video, editing, revisions, delivery of images, the desire to speed up the process, if so you need it to be. If I didn't mention something that concerns you, please ask. I don't know everything, I'll find out though before our next conversation. Deliverables are sent to you via email or download link, with instructions on how to retrieve them from the internet. Ask yourself a question. "Is this the type of person I need to work on this?" You knew the answer to this before you got here. Let's get you going
