- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my pricing as reasonable and fair as possible, while staying competitive at the same time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i like to meet with the customer, and both of us get an understanding on what they need done and what needs to be done to make them happy and comfortable with the project. Having the best understanding what the customer wonts and needs can determine the quality of the work most of the time.
