Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. I have a lot of clients who are in desperate need of restoration
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. You get what you pay for and good hair care is an investment!
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I would recommend that a customer find a service provider who loves their job, that provider can be trusted to give excellent and personalized care to their customers!
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Know that regular visits and consistency from both parties achieves optimal results
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. my work stands out because I truly care about each and every one of my clients and what they need individually to have the healthiest head of hair!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. What I like most about my job is the opportunity I have to change the lives of every women I have in my chair. When you look good you feel good and that makes all the difference in how you approach life challenges.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. I'm most commonly asked about home maintenance and my answer varies for each client. But I compose maintenance plan according to my clients lifestyle and hair care needs.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. I deal with a lot of clients who have damaged hair from either doing it at home themselves or trusting a provider who lacks concern or knowledge for what they do. It's always a joy when my clients leave in tears of joy because I have given them treatment according to their needs and assured them that hope is not lost and the issues they are having with their hair can be corrected!
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I want them to know that this is not just a job to me but it is what I do and I love what I do!
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. It's something I've done since childhood and I desired to have a career in doing something I love so it was a natural fit
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. I feel that there is always room for improvement and only a fool would not invest in continued education. I take classes monthly to better myself
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. If this is not something you love to do then don't do it, because anything less would be a disservice to both you and your clients
