  A. The only inside secret is many people do not have an in-depth knowledge of computers. When it comes to computer repair some people have no clue where to even start. It gives an overview of the hardware components in a computer and the functions they perform. This will at least get you familiar to computer repair terms so when the technician tells you whats wrong, you will have a better understanding.
