FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
House cleaning service (sometimes called maid service) varies in cost according to frequency of service, condition and size of home. Prices are generally based either on the number of rooms, the square footage or by the hour. A typical regular cleaning includes vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing sinks, floors, countertops and range hoods. Some services include loading the dishwasher and changing bed linen. Also signing up for more frequent service often means a discounted rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep up with the latest Green Cleaning Supplies that are environment friendly. I also keep up with what others are charging in this area due to the economy prices are always changing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for a cleaning company for years. One day my boss stopped me and asked, "Why don't you have your own cleaning business?" I asked her why she asked me that. Her response was, "You are very fast paced and everything is always done right. You also always show up for work on time and your work shows how much you care about your job."
