Brett came out to look at some suspected water damage and was incredibly professional and available same day. He inspected the areas and determined there was no serious damage. Incredibly thorough and shared all details of his findings and gave advice on how to prevent future damage. I called IRS when a tenant of mine flooded my home. Water got into the walls and under the floor so I looked up online companies and liked the fact that IRS had 5 stars. Doug answered the phone late that night when I called and came right out to the home to check out the water damage. He started drying that first night and didn’t ask for any money up front. He did the needed demolition and drying to get my rental back to the way it was. IRS communicated well, worked every day, did what they said they would do, and didn’t charge me one dollar more than my insurance settled for. I strongly recommend calling IRS for any water damage you have.

IRS came through when I needed them. I had a basement flooding & IRS came out immediately. They were able to provide the necessary equipment to dry out everything. Then they helped diagnose the source of the flooding. Brett was awesome at keeping me up to date & understood what needed to happen. Will definitely keep them in my rolodex.
