    Leks is outstanding. If, like me, you've let our body go over a few years and life has gotten in the way then CPFITBODY is an amazing resource. They customized a plan to fit my schedule and body type and are helping me regain my healthy high school look again. I'm a professional photographer with an extremely busy schedule.     I have always considered myself an athletic, fit person. But, after four years in college, jobs, internships and less time to focus on working out, I needed to lose some weight, get back in shape and jump-start a new, healthier lifestyle. Leks has made all that possible for me. When I need someone pushing me to work harder, she is there. When I'm about to stop, but I know I should keep going, she encourages me. After almost six months, I can definitely tell a difference both physically and emotionally. I gained back my competitive edge (I lost somewhere along the way) and now continually push myself toward a new goal. Each workout is full of new, challenging exercises and always keeps me working my total body. Leks has a passion for her clients that is evident right away. She is qualified, caring, HILARIOUS and always pushes me to be the best I can be. I would recommend Leks to anyone who needs that extra, positive push to achieve his/her goals!

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. We work with people that are serious about their goals. We motivate you, hold you accountable, guide you, educate you, push you, we are there to help you reach your fitness goals. However if you are not ready to commit, please don't waste your time and money. We work with those individuals that are ready to commit to a lifestyle change.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Know your goals. Know what you want. Determine how important this is to you and what is your main motivation. If you evaluate yourself on scale from 1-10 (1 being least serious, 10 being most serious), and if you find yourself 7 or below, you are not ready. You must be ready for a commitment. Otherwise you are wasting your time and money.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I've been "there" - I've been overweight, I've been underweight, I've been injured and on crutches for 6 months and came back to train regularly. I understand how people feel inside when they don't feel pretty on the outside.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Training does not feel like "a job". My obligation as a trainer is to provide a service for people who have trouble losing fat and toning up. I have been there, I understand how it feels inside and out. I also understand that self-esteem and true love for self comes from inside and fitness can help. Also, for me safety comes first.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. The most common question is: "How can I get rid of the mid-section?" The answer cannot be put in one sentence. 1000 crunches just won't do it. It's a matter of balance between resistance-raining, weight-training, cardio and nutrition. That's where I can help.
