Introduction: I’m a personal trainer who likes to build specialized programs for each client. I offer virtual training ! My rates are $90 an hour, $80 for 45 minutes and $70 for 30 minutes. If an extra person is joining it’s $15 more per session per person. I offer package deals with discounts and virtual training through FaceTime or Zoom. As a wellness coach, I offer a 12 week program called The Road to Wellness. I help women uncover unhealthy patterns and focus on the health of their mind, body and soul! This program is $125 a week and offers 1 group call a week, one on one calls, a private FB group for accountability and more! Each of these programs have monthly or weekly payment plan options. I always schedule a complimentary 15 minute consult call prior to training or coaching to see if we will be a good fit together! I would love to work with you and help you move from where you are now to where you want to be!

Sarah is an amazing trainer and she's worth every penny! Sarah helped me devise a workout plan with only tools that were available in my apartment, yet her workout plan is really challenging and definitely push you to be a better version of you! Sarah's best qualities are her friendliness, professionalism, and passion for fitness. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great trainer.

Sarah is an amazing trainer! She greets every client with a warm smile and is genuinely interested in not only his/her personal fitness goals, but who he/she is as an individual. She comes prepared to every session with a specific workout plan tailored to each individual client's needs, but can and will modify her plan to accommodate her client. She finds new ways to challenge her clients while making the workout experience fun and different every time. I have been working out with Sarah for almost 4 months and there has not been one exercise routine that has been repeated. With each session Sarah pushes me with new exercises, new goals, and new ways to challenge my body and mind. Her combinations of cardio and bodyweight exercises have challenged my body to shred fat and build lean muscle while also helping me with nutritional needs, even if it's to share a good recipe! With Sarah's help, I'm not only reaching my fitness goals, I'm conquering them and making new ones! When you're working out with Sarah, you're not just working out with a great trainer. You are working out with a great friend!

Sarah is awesome! I love that we can work outside of the constraints of a gym. If it's a beautiful day, we can enjoy the outdoors and sunshine. If it's rainy or gross out, I get to work out from the comfort of my home. That, combined with a personalized trainer who cares about you reaching your fitness goals is pretty hard to find. That said, I have no reason to ever work out with anyone else! Why would you?

Sarah is OUTSTANDING! I'm not the kind of person who can work out by myself. I just don't have the drive to sit there and push myself to the max. She pushed me because she knew what I was capable of. I have a bad back and she knew exactly what I needed without hurting my back. Her nutritional guide was my favorite thing about her program. My big problem is just not knowing how to eat right. But she fixed that! Sarah is very personable and a great person! I would recommend her to anyone.
