Introduction: I am committed to helping each of my clients achieve their health and wellness goals, whether it is to lose weight, train for an event or just generally improve their health, I have a plan for them. I will listen to each client's needs and create a workout just for them. Each client will work for the entire session, not just running on a treadmill while I push buttons like some trainers. I use a variety of techniques to achieve results and there is never any "gym boredom" with my workouts. I most enjoy seeing people accomplish something they've never done (and sometimes never thought they could do). Like flipping a 300lb tire or doing 10 unassisted pull-ups in a row. We will set goals and then demolish them.
