Introduction: My name is Chanel Brown. I started my company Balloons & Chic Decor in 2022. I have always loved to provide decorations or centerpieces just for fun as well as doing bouquets for my friends and family. I cannot say enough great things about Chanel’s work! She surpassed all of our expectations for my friends bachelorette party, with a gorgeous balloon arch, gift bags, and great communication. I sent over a few inspiration images and Chanel made my vision come to life. The goody bags with the personalized gifts inside were such a fabulous extra touch. Chanel drove 2+ hours to decorate for my sister’s 26th surprise party. She was made aware at the last minute and still managed to make it a party to remember. She showed up on time, and immediately got to work. The balloons matched my sisters outfit to a “T”. She’ll always be my family’s “go-to” for any decoration needs. She has an amazing aura and attitude and was very professional. Thank you!

Working with Chanel was a pleasure! She helped me surprise my wife with a small set up for our 1 year anniversary. She communicated well and although it wasn’t a huge ballon garland she definitely put effort into what I asked her to do!
